This month’s ThrowBack Thursday features a project that we completed in 2009 with a company called Curran Group located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Curran Group is a family-owned and operated holding company. In 2009, Corporate Artworks had the pleasure of working with the Curran Group to complete the artwork program for their new offices in Crystal Lake where their headquarters for both their holding company as well as their construction division, Curran Contracting still reside today. Thank you Curran Group for working with us! We can’t believe 10 years have gone by so quickly!
From 2000, here is a project Corporate Artworks completed with a company called Broan – NuTone in Hartford, WI. The project’s main focus was for an artwork program in their corporate headquarters building. The custom metal sculptural pieces complement the companies main industry which is ventilation fans, range hoods, fresh air systems as well as many other products.

This Throwback Thursday is from a project completed in 2007 for Fibre-Craft Materials Corporation located in Niles, IL. The project featured a commissioned hand-made paper wall sculpture to be hung in the reception area and would be one of the first things new visitors to the building would see. This turned out beautifully and made a wonderful addition to the waiting area. Thank you Fibre-Craft for working with us!
This Throwback Thursday post features a project we completed a number of years ago with an AJ Smith Bank location here in Illinois. These custom framed landscapes help add a very sophisticated finishing touch to the office and common area spaces while complimenting the deep tones of the wood featured in the furniture and wall panels. This week’s project that was found in our archives comes from the offices of a very well-known law firm in Chicago, Schiller, Du Canto & Fleck LLP. The project was completed in 2004 and displays a very clean and classic style that is a perfect fit for an office such as theirs. This is one of many law firms that we have had the pleasure of working with over the last 30 years. You could say that you only have one chance at a good Prima facie (“at first sight”- sorry for the legal pun) and their offices do a brilliant job at that.
This week’s exciting throwback features photos from our showroom at our old location that was located in Schaumburg, IL! Since 2007 we have relocated to our new and much larger headquarters in Arlington Heights. Ahh, memories! New photos of our recently updated showroom to come so stay tuned!
